Pearl S. Buck, the writer most famous for "The Good Earth", had her home in Bucks County, PA. Daughter of missionaries to China, Buck had a lifelong interest in China. She also began an organization that gave great hope to Amerasians (children of American soldiers in Vietnam) by helping them find homes here in the U.S.
