Travel to the small Sichuan town of Yilong, birthplace of General Zhu-De, was arranged by our college. It was a fascinating trip through the highly-terraced countryside, to an area where the people never experienced visits from foreigners. We saw ourselves on TV the next day, and also created an unintentional hubbub by taking a walk! (Gallery Under Construction)
